
The narrative follows the story of a mother who holds the doors of her home with a bible and prayer. She refuses to tell her child that the man he knows as the father, is not his biological father which instigates a spiritual war in the underworld that leaves the child who has a spiritual gift on the verge of death.The child needs to find answers about his true identity in order to restore himself back to health and heed to the calling of his life.

Ngqame is a Naledi Award nominated director and a necessary voice of our time. He brings this story to life with the help of Lindokuhle Mdlozini a fresh wordsmith and a zeitgeist of culture. The show is set to come back from 25 October till 01 November 2024 at Sibusiso Khwinana Theatre (South African State Theatre) in Pretoria.
